Darkseid is one bad dude. He can shoot death rays from his eyes that go around corners. Jim Lee (DC Comics) drew this for me while I was at SOE. Cool, eh? Jim is one of the art directors for DC Universe Online (which I did not work on, but looks way rad). He came to a company party and drew pictures for everybody!
