Robot Worker

A robot worker from the near future, in which humans have become obsolete. His name is Barry, and he went to trade school to become a jeweler.

Doggy

Here you see a big fat loveable rottweiler. He's great with the kids. Also, I attempted to (sort of) paint it, but it was a quick job of it, and a bit rough... I still like it. Maybe his name can be Rufus. Or, perhaps Damocles.

These are designer toy ideas for Joe Olsen's class, start to finish. I did a lot of designs, maybe I'll finish some more and post them...

As a special BONUS, here's a Halloween version! In FULL COLOR! Woo-hoo!

Van O' Doom

My Dad taught me to drive in this. Or, maybe it was a minivan... Just the same, I've included a pencil sketch and an inked version of my Ultra Awesome Villain Mobile. It could totally take out, like, anybody. Dude.

These were done for Joe Olsen's drawing class. Also, this one was not colored in photoshop. It's all pencils and markers, baby.

Another Character

I really liked how this one turned out, despite the fact that you probably can't tell who it was supposed to be. Oh, well. I'll upload the line drawing and colored version.

Elemental Characters

These were for the same class. Our assignment was to draw a character made from rocks. The mossy one was one of my first ideas, but I later re-did it. Also, my style of drawing here was a bit more scribbly. It was lots of fun, though. Cheers!

Another Charicature

This fellow is not famous, he was just a model from class. And he was a pirate.

Christopher Walken and BB King Caricatures

So, I finally decided to post some art, despite my fear of the internet. Just kidding about the internet. Laugh Out Loud.

My First Maya Stuff

Well, I did work quite a while on these, but they are my first Maya projects. Did them for Brent's class.
This was my very first project. Yes, the classic 3d teapot.
This bug and flower was the second project. I think I drew a hundred bugs before picking this one. Above is my final image, and the one below was just an experiment. The hardest part of this was getting a Maya blinn shader to look like water. Yep, it's just a blinn. Turned onraytracing, transparency, refraction, and light absorbing and messed with them until it looked like water. It's also got a bump map. Getting the reflections just right was a trick, too.
